First Rock Consulting is a product independent Australian Managed Print Services (MPS) and Managed Enterprise Services (MES) organisation.

We work with customers as a strategic partner, enhancing and managing related non-core business activities. These costs are first quantified and then we work to directly reduce operating expenses, an unattractive portion of the P&L.

Our aim is to support organisations in right sizing their fleet of output devices and lower operating costs across the board, from initial equipment acquisition then throughout the contractual period.

Our methodology starts by firstly understanding and working with our customers, to gain an overview of the fleet, this may be by benchmarking current devices and print processes or at the acquisition level. Through our team of experienced analyst we are able to optimise the fleet, enhancing the organisations business processes by adding new fleet and software that measures and manages associated network printing, including; print volumes, workflows, user desktop monitoring and controls.

Some of our clients have key financial objectives to reduce equipment and service running costs. First Rock Consultants are quickly able to realise savings for our customers (many in excess of 20% to 40%). This can be achieved through First Rock Consulting's strong fleet purchasing power provides us with a strong competitive advantage when going to market for our many valued clients.
